Jason was born and raised in distribution. He spent the early part of his 40 year career in his family's distribution business before transitioning out to the speaking / coaching arena. He is passionate about helping independent distribution business owners improve profitability, generate wealth and achieve personal goals.

Marshall has devoted his entire career to the distribution industry. He bought, built and sold a successful regional distribution company in the construction supply arena. He has now taken that experience and turned his focus toward helping distribution entrepreneurs do the same.

The Distribution Team was founded by industry consultants Gordon Graham and Scott Stratman, and is the the only Gordon Graham™ approved consulting firm. Our mission is to continue to present and enhance the inventory management strategies and philosophies of Gordon Graham upon his retirement at the end of 1996. In 2003, Jason Bader took over the organization and is the current principal of the firm.
