Most distributors struggle with training this critical department. These are the folks that handle all our money. The course is based on the Essentials of Profitable Warehouse Operations book by Bob Footlik and the American Supply Association. Footlik & Associates is one of the foremost authorities on warehouse design and operation. These courses are held around the country at a very economical price.
